The image features an intricate engraving with a full-length depiction of a regal figure on the left, holding a scepter. To the right, another figure in armor stands in a dynamic pose. In the center is a text panel with floral and scroll elements. Above it is a figure blowing a trumpet and holding scales, perched atop architectural elements. Flanking this figure are two circular portrait medallions, one of a bearded man and one of a woman. The background includes scenes of battle and figures in motion, rich in symbolic and heraldic imagery.
