The image shows a group of people seated around a table, engaged in a card game. The main person in focus is on the right, holding cards with both hands, while a woman leans in closely next to him. This man has long, wavy hair and a mustache, while the woman has curly hair with flowers. Both wear elaborate clothing with puffed sleeves and intricate patterns. To the left, two other men in richly textured garments are also involved in the game. One wears a large, feathered hat. Playing cards, coins, and a goblet are on the table. An ornate teapot and other crockery are present. A dog is looking up at the table. The setting is an interior space with a patterned wall, pillars, and draped fabric creating a backdrop.
