This is a drawing of an elderly man gesturing towards an angel descending from a cloud. The angel holds a staff and extends it towards an altar emitting vapor or smoke. The angel's detailed wings are in motion, set against a background of clouds and landscape. Gothic script below the image provides a contextual reference.
