This is a painting of an angelic figure holding scales with a devil and a human figure. The figure stands on a green ground, wearing a long flowing robe and holding a staff topped with a cross in one hand and a set of scales in the other. One scale pan holds a devil-like creature, while the other pan holds a small human figure. The artwork has detailed, stylized form consistent with medieval or early Renaissance religious iconography.
