The image shows a woman standing beside a tree. She is positioned with her body facing slightly to the right, her head tilted down and to the right. Her facial features include a gently rounded face with closed eyes, and her hair styled back. The woman appears to be nude. She is holding a snake, coiled around her right arm with its head resting on her breast. The background features detailed foliage with leaves and grass surrounding the woman. The word "CLEOPATRA" is inscribed in the upper right corner of the image.
