This is a portrait of a man shown from the waist up. He is positioned facing forward but with his head slightly turned to the left. The man has a defined facial structure with a pointed beard and mustache. His hair appears to be light in color and is styled neatly beneath a tall, elaborately decorated hat, which features a jeweled band and plume. He is wearing a formal robe draped over his shoulders, lined with fur, and underneath he wears a buttoned garment with a high collar. There is no visible jewelry. The background consists of a pattern of horizontal lines. The man is accompanied by a crown and crest to his right. The text below the image indicates his identity and title.
