The image shows a winged figure standing in a full-body pose. The figure's head is turned slightly upward to the left with a serene expression, delicate facial features, wavy hair, and shoulder-length attire. Large feathered wings extend from the figure's back. The figure holds a circular object with a star pattern. An inscription "OCTAVA SPERAXXXVIII 48" is featured at the bottom of the canvas. The background is plain.
