The sculpture portrays a frog with its body low and limbs spread out in a jumping position. It is made from a dark material, possibly stone or metal, giving it a brownish-black color with variations in tone. The frog has a detailed head with an open mouth and eye cavities. The sculpture has a shiny finish and is small enough to fit in a hand, depicting a realistic stance of a resting frog.
