The image shows a full-body depiction of a person standing upright, facing slightly to the right. They have curly, medium-length hair and wear a long robe with a cloak. The robe is detailed with a textured fabric. The person holds a large cup in their right hand, with a serpent emerging from it. They wear sandals. In the background, there are scattered bricks and stones with sparse vegetation. A halo of lines radiates from the person's head. There are inscriptions on either side of the figure, with "S. IOHANNES" on the right and "ISB" on the left.
