The image shows a person with angelic wings, curly hair, and pronounced facial features. They wear a robe, hold a staff in their right hand, and place their left hand on an open book. An eagle is next to their legs, and closed books are stacked at their feet. The background is textured, and there is text on the left side that reads "S. IOHANNIS" with the number "4" at the top right corner.
