Two men are seen seated side by side, captured from the waist up. The man on the left leans slightly towards the other. His facial features are partially visible with dark hair that covers his forehead. He is dressed in a formal suit with visible buttons and appears to have something in his hand. The man on the right has a fuller face with a beard and mustache, and his hair is neatly styled. He appears to be wearing a coat over his shoulders. The background is textured with abstract shading and forms, suggesting an outdoor setting with undefined elements that add depth to the scene.
