Classical figures in a mythological scene are depicted in a monochromatic style, likely using ink. The drawing features a circular composition. In the foreground, a reclining figure sits at the base of a large, rectangular pedestal, appearing contemplative. A tool is visible nearby, possibly a chisel. Above the reclining figure, a putto or cherub sits atop the pedestal next to a vase with flowers. To the right, another standing figure with flowing drapery gestures towards the vase. The round framing and meticulous crosshatching give the scene a classic aesthetic reminiscent of Renaissance art.
