The image shows a busy harbor from a high vantage point, with a view of the shoreline, buildings, and distant mountains. The brushstrokes capture the water's motion with dynamic lines, while figures and vessels are outlined more clearly. The color palette consists of light blues, turquoises, cream, and soft browns, with a light blue sky. Closest to us, a boat carries three men, and another small boat is towing something behind it.
