This is a drawing of a pastoral scene with various figures and animals. The central figure stands in a doorway holding a sheep, surrounded by other animals. There are groups of figures shown attempting to intrude, working on the roof, and herding sheep in the background. The style of the drawing is reminiscent of intricate engravings from the Northern Renaissance.
