This is a drawing of a religious scene depicting a crucifixion. The drawing is done in a monochrome ink wash, with lines that suggest dynamic movement. In the center, there is a cross being raised by several figures while a person is depicted on the cross. There are additional figures gathered around, some are engaged in efforts to raise the cross, while others are positioned at various parts of the composition, including someone on horseback on the right and a group of people on the left under a tree.
