The image depicts a waterway with floating and stacked logs. Along the left side are trees with detailed foliage. In the center is the mast of a boat, and in the distance is a windmill with arms stretched out above the horizon line. The horizon is high in the composition, offering a wide landscape view. The color palette consists of light brown and sepia tones, possibly drawn with chalk or crayon.
