This is a drawing of a satirical scene involving figures climbing a pole to reach rewards. A tall vertical pole is depicted with three figures positioned at different heights as they climb towards a canopy of hanging items including sashes, a bishop's mitre, and medals. At the top of the pole, a few banners are displayed with inscribed dates and words. Each climber exhibits unique attire, hinting at different professions or roles.
