The illustration shows three-quarters of a woman's body, from her waist up. She is standing with her body slightly turned to the side, her head thrown back, and long hair flowing down her back. She is wearing a dress with puffed sleeves and long gloves that cover her arms up to just above the elbow. The background is an off-white surface with the name "Yvette Guilbert" written in cursive across it, as well as the signature "Flautres" in the lower right corner. A simple sketch of a musical instrument or object is in the lower left corner.
