This is a drawing of preliminary sketches of figures. The drawing captures rough, pencil-sketched outlines of several figures in various poses. In the upper left part, multiple figures are depicted bending and huddling together, shown through simple, rounded shapes suggesting heads and outlines of limbs. Below, there is a sketch of another figure, head resting on arms. To the right, a larger figure is drawn standing, draped in loose garment representation, and appears more faint and less detailed than the other sketches. These sketches may serve as preparatory studies for a larger composition or artwork.
