Artist, Flemish, c. 1480 - 1552

This print shows multiple people in a complex scene. In the center, a woman looks down at an infant that is laid on a cloth on top of a table at the bottom of the print. On the left, three small, winged children look down at the child, smiling. On the right, a man sits or kneels beside the infant, his hands raised together as if in prayer. On the left, behind a column, another man with a wide hat looks down and smiles, holding a cylinder in his gloved hand. In the background are several other people, including a man holding long horns or trumpets and a smiling woman. The setting is full of tall arches and columns under the open sky, with a stone bridge and several buildings in the background. An angel flies in the sky at the top of the image. The print is made with light gray lines on an off-white background. In the bottom right, there are small dark brown spots of discoloration.
