Scholarly Remarks and Key Set Data
Remarks
In October 1936 Stieglitz and O’Keeffe moved to their last home, a penthouse at 405 East 54th Street, where they lived from April 1936 until Stieglitz’s death in 1946. Judging from the brick wall in the background, this photograph must have been taken there.
