This is a drawing of an empty, shadowy room with several chairs facing a window. The interior is depicted in a monochromatic scheme utilizing a pen-and-ink style which creates a textured and cross-hatched effect emphasizing contrast between light and shadow. Three empty chairs are scattered throughout the room, placed on a wooden floor that reflects the muted glow of light coming through the window. The window is at the far end of the room, allowing diffused light to stream in, casting elongated shadows of the furniture onto the floor. The walls are minimally adorned, with structural elements subtly hinted at in the detailed line work.
