The image depicts a river scene with buildings lining its banks. A church with a tall spire is visible on the right side. Small boats float on the river, and people are seen on the pathways nearby. The sky occupies the upper half of the image with textured clouds. The artwork is an etching rendered in shades of sepia and gray.
