The image displays a collection of abstract shapes and lines arranged horizontally across the paper. In the upper half, wavy lines reminiscent of drifting clouds or smoke surround simplified facial profiles with minimalistic features such as eyes and noses. Below the faces, a rectangular block filled with angular, cross-hatched lines gives a textured appearance. The drawing's abstract nature allows for various interpretations.
