The image shows two individuals from about the waist up. The person in the foreground is sitting with a slight turn to their right, their eyes downcast as they play a keyboard instrument. They have a detailed expression, with their hair styled in small curls framing the face and tied back. They are wearing an ornate garment featuring a ruffled collar and intricate embroidery along the sleeves and bodice. A necklace is visible, and they are wearing earrings. The second person stands slightly behind and to the right, holding what appears to be a book or music sheet and looking towards it. They have similar styled hair but it is swept back from the face. The background includes detailed foliage and drapery.
