The sculpture depicts a skull with wings on either side. The skull has hollow eyes and a grinning set of teeth. The wings are ornately designed with multiple layers of feathers. Curlicue patterns and swirling lines surround the main figure, adding a decorative frame. The sculpture is in grayscale, indicating it may be made of a dark monochrome material, such as stone or metal, which has a weathered appearance. The carved lines and grooves give the sculpture a distinct relief effect.
