The image shows a sketch of three men depicted from the waist up, seated around a table. The central figure is slightly turned to the right, looking towards the man on the right. He has a beard and is wearing a turban-like headpiece. The man on the left has a full beard and is wearing a cap and robe, leaning slightly forward. On the right, the man with curly hair and a long beard is wearing a pointed hat and appears to be resting his head on his hand. There are a few bound volumes on the table in front of them. The background is plain, emphasizing the figures. The paper is light brown and plain.
