The image shows a full-body view of three human figures and a skeletal figure, all standing closely together. The first person on the left wears a hat and long robes, appearing to hold a long staff or rod, with facial features that include a bearded face partially obscured by the hat's brim. The skeletal figure is positioned between the two human figures, facing them, and has one foot resting on the ground and the other raised as if walking or in motion. The second person, near the center, is shown in profile with curly hair, a beard, and wearing a detailed robe with elaborate patterns. The third person, to the far right, appears older, with balding hair, wrinkles, and simple attire. Each human figure seems to be interacting with the skeletal figure with hand gestures. The setting includes cobblestone ground and buildings with detailed roofs and windows in the background, implying a street or alley scene.
