The image shows several figures at the water's edge, some standing in the shallow water and others preparing to enter. The waterline separates the water from a landscape of trees and foliage in the distance. The brushstrokes and lines are loose, creating an impressionistic feel, with darker shadows defining the trees and water reflections. The color palette is monochromatic, using shades of black, white, and gray to convey form and texture.
