This is a photograph of a contact sheet. The contact sheet consists of several strips of black and white negatives arranged in a grid-like pattern. Each strip contains multiple frames from a film roll. Some frames have been marked with orange or blue crosses or circles. The images depict various scenes, predominantly outdoors. The settings seem to be maritime or coastal. The subjects include landscapes and activities involving boats. The background is uniformly dark, accentuating the lighter frames of the film.
