The image depicts a wintry landscape with a mountain view. The horizon is high in the composition, showcasing rugged, snow-covered peaks. The foreground is covered with snow, with tall evergreen trees on the left side. Some bare branches extend into the scene. A few small buildings, partly buried in snow, are visible in the middle ground. The black and white color palette accentuates the contrast and cold atmosphere of the setting.
