Artist After, French, active 17th century

This engraving shows a man from his mid-torso upwards. He is slightly turned to the left but looking directly at the viewer. The man has a high forehead, thin eyebrows, a neatly trimmed mustache, clean-shaven face, and short, neatly cropped hair. He is wearing a clerical robe with vertical stripes, and there is an intricate pattern on the attire and collar. The background features a finely detailed oval frame with inscriptions.
