The image shows a village scene from an elevated viewpoint with rustic buildings and lively activity. In the distance, the horizon is partially covered by leafy trees and a church steeple. The brushstrokes are fine and detailed, especially in the thatched roofs and foliage. The color palette is a monochrome sepia tone. Close to us, there are figures, carts, farm animals, and a waterway with ducks. Clouds above frame the scene.
