The image shows a naked male figure tied to a tree with ropes. The figure appears to have long hair, a beard, and facial features. He is slumped over with his head tilted to the side, and arms and legs stretched out. An arrow is shown piercing his side and underarm. Surrounding the figure are small cherubs with wings, two of which are hovering in clouds on the left. The background features clouds, hills, trees, and a distant house, with a bearded man in draped clothing visible in the upper right among the clouds.
