The image displays a series of concentric hexagonal shapes and lines, forming an abstract pattern. The design consists of several hexagons layered around each other, with each subsequent hexagon slightly larger than the previous one, creating a tunnel-like effect. The arrangement evokes a honeycomb structure or a geometric tunnel, with an emphasis on symmetry and repetition. The composition is centered on a blank canvas, placing focus on the hexagonal pattern.

Black Vent Beam

Ronald Davis, Anthony Zepeda, Daniel Freeman, Gemini G.E.L. · 1975 · lithograph on Arches Buff wove paper ·  Accession ID  1985.47.38

This is a drawing of a series of abstract shapes and patterns formed by a grid of black dots on a white background. The composition utilizes a dotted pattern to create a sense of depth and texture. The shapes appear to represent a row of simplistic, abstract houses with triangular roofs, set against an implied landscape. The use of contrasting black and white tones gives the image a bold, graphic quality. The style is suggestive of a pop art influence, emphasizing the interplay between simplicity and detail through the repetition of dots.

The image displays two sets of interlocking geometric shapes composed of straight white lines against a muted grey background. The shapes resemble open cubes or parallelograms intersecting in an intriguing manner. The design features intertwined rectangular structures. The shapes are arranged in two separate sections, one above the other, with thin lines dividing them horizontally, creating symmetry and balance.

The image shows a series of concentric rectangular shapes drawn with a consistent thickness, creating a geometric pattern. The artwork exemplifies an abstract design with clean, repetitive lines. The rectangles are arranged in a way that might suggest a maze or a spiraling staircase pattern. The pattern is set against a blank background, enhancing contrast and depth perception.
