    This painting shows the upper body of a person seated at an easel. The individual is looking towards us, with their body facing the easel on the right. They have medium-length brown hair, a round, pale face, and dark eyes. The person is wearing a brown garment over a white shirt, holding a wooden palette in one hand with paint and paintbrushes. Their other hand is lifting a brush to the easel. In the dark gray background, there are indistinct objects on a shelf and a sketch pinned on the wall depicting another person in a profile view, turned to the left.
