    Artwork

This painting displays large, interlocking rectangles and squares in shades of reddish-brown, warm yellow, black, cream, and blue-gray. Some are oriented vertically while some are horizontal, and some are thicker than others. The arrangement forms an abstract representation resembling a patchwork quilt. The lines between some of the shapes are blurred, and the brushstrokes in the painting are thick and visible.
