The sculpture is a detailed relief portrait of a man depicted in profile with intricate embroidery on his clothing. The subject is wearing a hat characteristic of the Renaissance period, suggesting a historical representation. The piece is crafted from a metallic material, possibly bronze, giving it a warm brown color with a slightly aged patina. Surrounding the portrait, there is an inscription in capital letters running along the border of the circular medallion. The entire piece has a textured surface, indicating a carefully sculpted finish. It appears to be about the size of a large coin or medallion.
