This painting showcases an array of dynamic shapes and lines overlapping with one another like a collage. There are elongated green leg-shaped forms and long bones in light pink and blue attached to circles, alongside other colorful, abstract elements. In the upper center of the painting there is a black circle filled with blue and rust-colored dots, with red and yellow spots forming a circular pattern on the right side. Much of the background of the bottom half of the painting is colored in a bold, bright red, while the top features a gray oval pattern on a white background. Other shapes are in bright shades of orange, blue, green, black, and yellow, forming overlapping squares, circles, and lines.

This is a photograph of a group of people standing together. The photograph captures a crowd of individuals, standing shoulder to shoulder, facing the camera. They appear to be in a public setting, and some hold signs with text. The image is in black and white. There is a sense of unity and shared purpose among the individuals as they stand closely together with linked arms. The duplicate effect in the second image creates a ghostly appearance.

The image shows a handwritten postcard with multiple fold marks. On the left, there is an address: "James Earl Chaney at 90 S.N.C.C, Meridian, MS, zip code 39301". On the right, the postcard has a message written in cursive, dated June 25th. The message reads: My James, Been down to the trial + to see your grave. Never going back there til I’m dead. Then, at least they won’t have to hate me. Yesterday, the preacher was sent up for 60 yrs. But your brother says he’s not in a forgiving state. I’m just tired + miss my boy. xx Mama" The postcard is stamped from Salem with a USA nonprofit postage stamp. In the background, there is text that reads "James Earl Chaney Foundation" dividing the message and address. The handwriting is informal yet legible.

To the left of center in this print is black-and-white scene showing two soldiers standing in a rocky trench, both wearing jackets and helmets, with two long guns behind them. Overlaying this central image are long pale yellow drapes or curtains hanging down on either side in thick folds, covered in small white decorative patterns. On the right, a black-and-white woman with pale skin and short, dark hair stands facing the left, vacuuming the curtains with a vacuum that hangs over her shoulder. She is wearing a gray, short-sleeved dress and is looking up towards the soldiers in the central scene.
