This photograph shows a group of children on a floating wooden platform on a wide body of water. The surroundings consist of a green tree-lined bank under a clear blue sky. At the center of the image, a girl stands on a small wooden box with her arms lifted, looking up towards the sky. She has rich brown skin and long dark hair, and she is smiling widely. She wears a brown dress and is barefoot. On the platform below her, to the right, are three young boys wearing swimming shorts, sitting or lying on the dock. These boys all have light skin and short hair in shades of brown or blond, and they are all barefoot. One of them sits on a cooler, looking up at the girl. On the left, another boy with light skin is partially visible in the water, lifting a bottle up to his mouth. The platform around the children is scattered with clothes, towels, and one loose sandal. The colors are vivid, with the green trees and blue sky reflected in the calm water.
