    This painting features an elevated view of a pastoral landscape with a white city nestled among rolling hills. The horizon is just above the center of the painting, with the scattered buildings and green hills stretching beneath a vast light blue sky. Lush trees and foliage frame the land closest to us, with leaves in various shades of green and what looks like a small brown path leading from the top of a hill down towards the land in the distance. In the center of the painting, an ornate white building with large windows stands in a sunny patch of land, while distant structures are scattered amidst hills and valleys. The color palette includes muted greens, soft yellows, earthy browns, cool blues, and whites.
