The child has short, light-colored hair and closed eyes. They are wearing a knee-length dress with puffed sleeves and a lace collar. A broad-brimmed straw hat with a light-colored band is placed nearby. The scene includes potted plants on both sides of the child, and behind them, there is a stone or cement balustrade. The image is framed in an ornate, gold-colored border.
