The image shows a tall cylindrical tower with a conical roof on the left side. The horizon is subtly shown with various structures placed upon it, including the main tower and neighboring buildings. The architectural details are depicted with fine linear etchings. The color palette is monochromatic with soft sepia tones. Several figures are seen strolling and conversing in the foreground, and more buildings are visible in the distance.
