Artist, French, 1867 - 1947

The image is a sketch featuring a series of figures. Centered is a view from behind of a person whose upper body is visible, facing away but looking at their reflection in a small mirror. The reflected image shows the person's facial features with a short hairstyle. Around this central figure are various outlines of figures. Above, a person is seated with their back slightly turned and head resting on their hand, and another outline appears to depict an embraced or resting figure. Additional faint outlines suggest other human forms or facial features, adding complexity to the background of the drawing. The paper shows signs of aging with slight discoloration and marks.
