Artist, German, 1705 - 1763

The image shows a detailed relief on a coin depicting two figures. One figure is a robed woman standing with one arm around the shoulder of a seated male figure. The male figure holds a scepter and is crowned by the woman. He wears a draped garment and armor, with a shield and helmet by his feet. The scene is surrounded by an inscription "PATRIAE OVANTI" along the edge. The coin appears to be made of a metallic material with a dark patina, possibly silver. The detailing on the figures, including the folds in the clothes and individual features, is finely crafted to fit within the round form of the coin.

This is a photograph of an engraved coin. The coin features a detailed profile of a crowned figure with flowing hair and elaborate armor. Inscribed text around the edge of the coin reads "GEORGIVS. III. D. G. M. BRI. FRA. ET. HIB. REX. F.D." The design shows a profile rendered with careful attention to detail in a high-relief style. The circular border has small beaded details. The metal of the coin appears slightly tarnished yet robust.
