This print depicts a construction site from a low vantage point. The construction includes large walls on the left and right sides of the print and two gates in the center, framed by a crane and scaffolding. The wall on the left has an arched opening near the top. The ground is covered in long beams or planks of wood, on top of which many people walk and work. The people are small and depicted by abstract outlines. The sky above the walls is light gray, with some smudges of dark gray. The background of the print is off-white paper.
