The image shows a pastoral scene with a figure walking alongside a horse carrying baskets. A path leads towards small thatched-roof cottages surrounded by trees. In the background, there are undulating hills under a cloudy sky. The etching technique creates textures using lines and cross-hatching for shading. The color palette is sepia and black, giving a rustic quality. Ducks can be seen swimming in the lower right corner.
