This is a drawing of an architectural interior with a staircase. The scene features a stone edifice with a staircase ascending into an arched opening. The stone texture is detailed with hatching and cross-hatching. Light and shadow play a role in the composition. The staircase is prominent, leading the eye upward. Archways and stone details hint at historical significance. Foliage and moss add to the sense of age and decay in the scene.
