The image shows the upper body and head of a person positioned to the right of the central composition. They are in a semi-profile view, turning slightly towards the viewer. This individual has long, curly hair cascading down to their shoulders and is wearing a cap. Their facial features appear calm. They are dressed in a voluminous draped garment, possibly a robe or a coat with wide sleeves and detailed with fabric folds. In their company is a large lion on which a cherub sits atop, holding a staff. To the left, two other cherubs are present, one of them holding what appears to be a laurel wreath. The setting includes grand architectural elements such as large fluted columns and an elaborate background with edifices resembling classical temples. Lush foliage surrounds the structures. The entire scene is detailed, indicating it may be an engraved artwork.
