This is a drawing of a street scene showing an entrance and its surroundings. The image depicts a quiet scene in a residential or commercial setting. In the center, a set of stairs leads to a darkened entryway with a standing figure by the side. To the right, there are various framed objects and an ornate decoration suggesting an interior view. On the left, a group of smaller figures are sketched in lighter detail. The drawing features loose, flowing lines giving it an impressionistic feel.
